my room was spacious. the carpets looked new. the restaurant food tasted excellent. i found the housekeeping lady polite and she.
the staff wasnt cute at all. i arrived before check-in but i had to wait. i found a hair in my cute sweet.

staff were very pleasant. furkan greeted me warmly and seemed knowledgeable. polis, sinan, and jansoo helped me with everything i needed. they were very caring and helpful.

An lovely hotel experience

I found the location very accessible to many key spots, so I moved around without problems. especially the doormen. The concierge helped me very much and made useful recommendations. Housekeeping maintained an perfect standard, I never saw dust. The modern gym included quality equipment. It features many treadmills and bikes.
I noticed some minor wear on carpets in certain areas. this was not distracting.

Wonderful Bosphorus Experience

The central location made traveling very easy. The staff's friendliness was noticeable, especially the doormen! The concierge gave excellent assistance with local travel. Housekeeping maintained an excellent standard. The room was super clean, and amenities were always replenished. I also appreciated the large and modern gym.
I found the scanning procedure at the entrance a little tedious. I had to put even small items through the machine each time.

The modern gym includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines for a complete workout. I loved the indoor pool, it has comfortable loungers and a relaxing atmosphere. There are also several meeting rooms available, equipped with audio-visual technology.

i must say, this hotel is amazing. the restaurants are really great, i find ist too and shang palace to be great. the indoor pool is large and the spa is up to standards. both restaurants are so good!
one issue happened, but it was minor. i had a small hair in the cute sweet, it was no biggie though. i still eat them anyway. everything was perfect.

staff are pleasant and, i noticed that a staff member helped us find a ferry. reception staff such as polis and sinan were great and helped me too. furkan greeted me warmly and was knowledgeable.
